You can alsofollow us on Twitter () and Facebook () . _While you're busy impacting the healthcare industry, we'll take care of you with benefits that include health/dental/vision, FSA, matching retirement plans, paid vacation, and more!_ Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: + Five years in Critical Care + Three years of successful charge/supervisory experience, in acute care, with progressive responsibility required + Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or current enrollment in RN to Master's program + Commitment to obtain Master's Degree within three (3) years of entry into program + CT CPRBLS - Basic Life Support - AHA + RN license from NV State Nursing Board Preferred Qualifications: + MSN or MBA + Certification in Specialty area Responsibilities Position Summary: The Nursing Administrative Resident participates in a formal program designed to prepare experienced Charge Nurses to assume a Nurse Manager or Director position in the future. Under the direct guidance of an experienced Nurse Director, the Nursing Administrative Resident learns and practices the essential performance expectations of a Nursing Director. Once training is complete, the Nursing Administrative Resident is eligible to apply for a vacant Nurse Manager or Director position in any of the SRDH facilities.
