Reimbursement Evenings Off Responsibilities Customer Assistance:
Provide exceptional service by efficiently attending to customer
inquiries, offering clear solutions, and demonstrating a keen
understanding of their needs. Bilingual Communication: Utilize
bilingual skills to assist both English and Spanish-speaking
customers, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
Problem Solving: Address customer issues with accuracy and
promptness, finding resolutions that are satisfactory to all
parties involved. Information Dissemination: Clearly relay
information about products and services to customers, enhancing
their understanding and satisfaction. Feedback Collection: Gather
and report customer feedback to improve service quality and
customer experience. Record Keeping: Accurately document customer
interactions, transactions, and feedback in the companys system for
future reference and follow-up. Requirements Must obtain Property
and Casualty license within 90 days of hire date. Language
Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Spanish, with proficient
verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a similar
role is preferred but not required. Communication Skills: Excellent
interpersonal abilities, with a strong focus on clarity and
customer satisfaction. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues
and provide effective, customer-focused solutions. Customer Focus:
Passionate about providing outstanding service to Spanish and
English-speaking clients. Adaptability: Ability to work in a
fast-paced environment and handle challenging situations with a
positive attitude. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using computers
and experience with customer service software. Availability: Must
be willing to work on-site in North Las Vegas, Nevada, adhering to
a set schedule.
