point of contact for our customers — helping them feel supported,
understood, and taken care of. You’ll handle incoming calls,
schedule appointments, and communicate with both customers and
technicians. You don’t need HVAC knowledge — we’ll teach you. You
don’t need years of experience — we train and develop people. What
matters most is your attitude, professionalism, and willingness to
learn. What You’ll Do Answer inbound customer calls with warmth,
clarity, and patience Listen to customer needs and provide helpful
solutions Schedule service appointments using ServiceTitan
(training provided if needed) Communicate clearly with customers
and technicians to ensure smooth scheduling Maintain accurate notes
and documentation Support positive customer outcomes and help
ensure customer satisfaction Participate in ongoing training and
coaching Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented call center

approach to customer service Comfort working on a computer and
learning software Ability to multitask in a busy, team-focused

listening and problem-solving skills Compensation Pay Range: $18 –
$21 per hour Additional earning opportunities through bonuses and
performance spiffs. Minimum Qualifications We keep these limited
and essential: Age 18 or older Ability to provide professional and
courteous customer communication Ability to work at a computer for
extended periods Must be able to pass a background check and drug
screening Experience with ServiceTitan or call center operations is
a plus — but not required. We invest in training, growth, and
development — and we welcome candidates who are early in their
customer-service careers or transitioning from other industries.
