School environment This opportunity involves providing professional
sign language interpreting services through telehealth platforms
within a school setting. The role requires effective communication
and interpretation skills to support students and staff who are
Deaf or Hard of Hearing. Responsibilities: Deliver accurate and
clear sign language interpretation services via telehealth
technology. Facilitate communication between students, educators,
and other school personnel. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to
professional standards and ethical guidelines. Collaborate remotely
with educational teams to support student learning needs.
Qualifications: Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) and
experience interpreting in educational settings. Comfortable using
telehealth platforms and digital communication tools. Strong
understanding of the role of an interpreter in an educational
context. Ability to work as a 1099 independent contractor with
