This management position is responsible for the service and parts operation which includes both the employee experience as well as the experience for our clients. Responsible for running a successful operation which includes the development of talent and the overall production and profitability of the departments. Responsibilities: Complete operational understanding of current and advanced fixed operations. Service drive process, Shop structure and Operations. Parts Inventory Management. Wholesale Parts Channel Development and Superior Customer relations skills. Development of talent and the overall production and profitability of the Service and Parts department. Will lead a team of advisors and technicians in performing all services offered by a new car dealership including warranty work. Responsible for the overall experience of the service and parts department. Offers support to the other departments of the dealership. Qualifications Minimum four years as a Fixed Operation Director. Proven track record of achieving or over-achieving goals. Understanding of compliance with manufacturer warranty, policy and procedures. Possess outstanding communication skills. Professional appearance and strong work ethic Ability to work well in a process driven environment.
