Seeking qualified candidates to fill the role of Director of Construction/Qualified Individual. Candidates must have a minimum of eight (8) years' experience in general commercial and tenant improvement construction fields and either currently have or have the ability to obtain a Nevada B (General Building) contractor's license to be our Qualified Individual. Candidates must be able to read/interpret plans, specifications, and inspection reports, have a strong knowledge of NV building/safety regulations, have excellent organization and time management skills, be able to create project budgets and to monitor/explain variances, be a team player with leadership ability; experienced in contract preparation and negotiations as well as have job planning experience. Important skills include meeting sensitive timelines, managing project schedules and tracking progress. Candidate will oversee the work of other contractors and vendors and work in a team environment. Good oral, written and communication skills as well as a high level of professional and team-oriented mindset are important.
