A company is looking for a Renewals Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Organize and negotiate renewals throughout the year
Create playbooks to improve customer health and build executive
relationships
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on company
goals
Required Qualifications:
6+ years of sales or sales support experience
2+ years of experience running renewals, account management, or
business expansion
Proven track record of delivering on-time renewals with high Net
Retention Rate (NRR)
Strong business acumen and ability to solve customer's business
challenges through technology
Comfortable with ambiguity and working in an early-stage startup
environment
