  • Start ASAP - flexible full time
    
  • 5am - 5pm weekdays
    
  • Weekends 5pm FR- 5am MON: 1 weekend per month
    
  • Follow current patients, take new consults, and respond to Stroke team activations, Monday through Friday.
    
  • Take call on Tuesday or Thursday nights. Call is from 5 PM to 5 AM.
    
  • Call covers both San Martin and Siena.
    
  • Must follow all Stroke measures, both hospitals are primary stroke centers. Will read EEGs as needed. Any LVO cases are transferred to sister facility for NIR.
    
  • NO clinic
    
  • Approximately 10-15 cases/per day. This includes stroke team activations and general Neuro cases.
    
  • No peds. 50/50 split for adult and geriatrics.
    
  • Average Number of Admissions per Provider per day is
    
  • EEG reading, NIHSS. Must be able to care for post NIR patients
    
  • Care for acute and hyperacute stroke cases, follow all TJC and AHA/ASA/GWTGs stroke measures. Both facility campuses have neurosurgery, so able to care for bleeds.
    
  • Level 3 Trauma
