As a -Community -Pharmacy Technician, -you'll be responsible for
answering incoming calls and completing outbound calls to/from
patients, physicians and pharmacists while ensuring a high level of
customer service and maximized productivity. Along the way, you'll

Work Location: -650 North Nellis Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89110
Schedule: -Monday - Friday. 8hr shift between 8:00am - 7:00pm
PST
Primary Responsibilities:
Enter prescriptions and verifying appropriate information
Contacting patients, pharmacists and doctor's offices to resolve
claims issues
Process prescriptions (from intake to order completion)
Resolve customer issues; ensuring accurate information is
provided
Consistently meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and
quality standards while maintaining a good attendance record
Fulfillment of prescription orders
Ability to interpret prescription orders and enter into pharmacy
system
Answering the telephone utilizing appropriate etiquette
Documenting interventions and tracking outcomes with Pharmacy
team
Resolving customer issues; ensuring accurate information is
provided

You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an

Qualifications:
Licensed Pharmacy Technician in the state of Nevada
2+ years of experience working as a Pharmacy Technician including
insurance claims processing, rejection, and resolution, and
knowledge of laws and regulations in regards to scope of
practice
Intermediate level of proficiency with computers using Windows PC
applications, including the ability to learn new and complex
computer system applications
Able to stand for entire shift (8 hours)
Able to wear mask for duration of shift, if required
Bilingual Spanish/English -
Nevada Residents Only: -The hourly range for Nevada residents is
-$16.00 to $28.27 -per hour. -Pay is based on several factors
including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work
experience, certifications, etc. -UnitedHealth Group complies with
