Has thorough knowledge of testing and collection requirements. Trains and serves as a resource for phlebotomists and lab assistants. Ensures competency of phlebotomists and lab assistants and consults with appropriate individuals to resolve problems and issues.
Qualifications

Shift: - -FULL TIME VARIED -Education:High school graduate or equivalent preferred. Completion of a phlebotomy training Education program required. -Experience: 2 year phlebotomy experience. Lead or supervisor experience preferred -Technical Skills: Phlebotomy, specimen processing, customer service -License/Certification:Phlebotomy certification required upon hire (Laboratory Assistant or Point of Care analyst license may be substituted for certification). Licensed Practical Nurse, License Advanced EMT and Licensed Paramedic are also accepted.
