Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Home Health - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 07/28/2025 - Duration: 52 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days, nights, flexible - Employment Type: Local Contract Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health Location: Las Vegas, NV Schedule: Full-Time Pay: $80,000 – $90,000 annually ($38.46 – $43.27/hour) About the Role: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Home Health team in Las Vegas, NV. As a home health RN, you will provide one-on-one patient care in the comfort of their homes, promoting recovery, safety, and improved quality of life. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized care and education to patients and their families, helping them manage medical conditions in a home setting. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive patient assessments in the home - Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans - Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as prescribed - Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly - Educate patients and caregivers on disease management and home care techniques - Communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care - Ensure accurate and timely documentation in compliance with agency standards Qualifications: - Active RN license in the state of Nevada (required) - Minimum 1 year of RN experience, preferably in home health or community health - Knowledge of OASIS documentation (preferred) - Strong clinical skills and sound judgment - Excellent communication and organizational abilities - Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance - CPR certification (required) What We Offer: - Competitive salary: $80,000 – $90,000/year - Mileage reimbursement - Flexible full-time schedule - Supportive and collaborative team environment - Professional development and training opportunities - Health benefits package (may vary by employer) About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
