Facility: This facility is part of Dignity Health's network
featuring a 26-bed Level III NICU at the Siena Campus with an
average daily census of 22 patients, and a 6-bed Level II NICU at
the San Martin Campus with an average daily census of 3 patients.
The medical center provides state-of-the-art neonatal care in a
supportive, collaborative environment. Opportunity: Board
Certified/Board Eligible - Neonatologist Job Details: • Provide
high-quality clinical care to newborns in a 26-bed Level III NICU
at the Siena Campus and a 6-bed Level II NICU at the San Martin
Campus• Utilize advanced neonatal technologies including body
cooling, jet ventilation, oscillators, and inhaled nitric oxide
(iNO)• Collaborate closely with pediatric subspecialists such as
pediatric surgery, maternal-fetal medicine, and OB hospitalists•
Lead and participate in teaching initiatives and quality
improvement projects• Work alongside a highly skilled nursing team
and ancillary staff in a supportive, collegial environment• Engage
in flexible scheduling designed to promote a healthy work/life
balance• Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years
of eligibility) in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine• Requires Nevada
medical license or willingness to obtain one• Clean malpractice and
license history highly preferred• Position open to both experienced
neonatologists and recent graduates who meet certification
requirements• Permanent, full-time position requiring residency in
the immediate local area• Coverage required as part of team
approach with rotating weekends Compensation: Competitive hourly
rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
