Primary Care Opportunity in Las Vegas, NV - 1st year
compensation over $320k Position Overview Join a forward-thinking,
value-based care organization focused on delivering exceptional
preventive primary care for adults 65. This model empowers
physicians to build meaningful patient relationships, spend more
time with each individual, and practice medicine the way it was
meant to be practicedwithout RVU pressure. We welcome physicians
with Value-Based Care (VBC) experience as well as those eager to
learn. Compensation & Incentives Base Salary: $235,000$270,000
(commensurate with experience & location) Commencement Bonus:
$20,000$60,000 (varies by clinic) Annual Performance Bonus: 20% of
base salary Full Benefits on Day 1 Malpractice: Occurrence-based
coverage Relocation Assistance: Available for moves >50 miles
Early Sign-On Bonus Opportunities Total 1st Year Compensation:

Patient Population: Adults 65 (majority Medicare Advantage, chronic
disease & preventive care focus) Census: 1215 patients per day
Visit Length: 2040 minutes per visit Integrated Care Team: NP/PA

Certified / Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Geriatric experience preferred HEDIS experience a plus Value-Based
Care experience preferredbut not required; training provided Key
