Job Description ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel
nurse RN CVICU for a travel nursing job in Las Vegas, Nevada. Job

Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift:
12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel RN Position Job Notes:
/n/n Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A
minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is
required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks.
Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial
assignment. $750 referral bonus available. /n/n Opportunity: /n RN
- ICU /n/n Job Details: /n • Work in a 22-bed Critical Care Unit
(CCU) with patient ratios of 1:2-3 /n• Provide direct patient care
with no unit secretaries or CNAs available /n• Work with advanced
equipment including ventilators, Arctic Sun, rapid infusers, CRRT
machines, IV med pumps, SCD machines, cooling blankets, and
glucometers /n• Use Meditech documentation system /n• Schedule
includes 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule for both day and
night positions /n• Float to all ICUs and intermediate care units
as needed /n• Minimum 2 years ICU level experience required /n•
Must have experience with ventilators, high-flow oxygen, BiPAP,
CPAP, and various IV medications including Levophed, Epinephrine,
Insulin, Neo synephrine, Dopamine, Dobutamine, Propofol, Precedex,
Fentanyl, Versed, Amiodarone, Lidocaine, and paralytics /n•
Advanced skills needed include TTM, hemodynamics, and PA catheter
management /n• Assist with procedures including intubation, chest
tube insertion, bronchoscopy, EGD, colonoscopy, wound debridement,
and line insertion /n• Required certifications: ACLS and BLS /n•
