About the Role Were seeking a dedicated Advanced Practitioner (PA-C
or Nurse Practitioner) to serve our Pahrump clinic, where were
committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered pain
management care. This position offers: 312-hour shifts per week
(flexible schedule for work-life balance) Housing provided for your
3 on-site days each week Were working hard to bring a strong
provider presence to the Pahrump community and this role is key to
that mission. As an Advanced Practitioner with us, you'll play a
pivotal role in delivering exceptional patient care. Youll conduct
thorough examinations, gather detailed medical histories, and
interpret diagnostic tests to guide life-changing treatment plans.

What Youll Do Deliver Compassionate Care: Perform comprehensive
patient examinations and meticulously record medical histories,
ensuring every detail counts. Make a Difference with Data: Analyze
diagnostic tests and interpret results to develop actionable,
impactful care recommendations. Educate and Empower: Take the time
to explain test outcomes and expected health trajectories, ensuring
patients feel informed and supported. Collaborative Treatment: Work
hand-in-hand with physicians to prescribe tailored therapies and
medications as part of an integrated health plan. Streamline
Patient Journeys: Facilitate smooth referrals to specialists and
coordinate care with various healthcare facilities. Uphold
Excellence: Maintain the highest clinical and ethical standards
while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced
environment. Ensure Trust and Privacy: Strictly adhere to all PHI
and HIPAA protocols to protect patient confidentiality. What Were
Looking For Licensure: A valid Nevada State license is required.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills: You excel at building
relationships and communicating clearly with patients and team
members. Technical Proficiency: Proven experience with medical
terminology, charting, and interpreting diagnostic tests.
Analytical Thinker: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving
abilities to navigate complex patient care scenarios.
Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) and Advanced Cardiac
Life Support (ACLS) certifications are required within 30 days of
