Had a stroke in July I can use the bathroom by my self I can move
my wheelchair to the rest room and ip and my bushes and put on the
pull ups on and get dressed my self my left side was affected but
moving my hand mote and fingers can walk and use the walker
Services needed include: transportation, companionship, feeding,
bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
