Trauma Level: II NICU Level: IV Other Info: - Not accepting Visa -
Will not accept candidates with lapsed Board Certification who need
to obtain it again Requirements: Active NV License or willing to
obtain BC/BE DEA & CSR/CDS 1 year of current inpatient Hospitalist
work experience Must be able to provide at interview the last 12
