Job Description Humana’s CenterWell Senior Primary Care Centers
are experiencing tremendous growth and are seeking physicians our
senior outpatient care centers. A few perks: 10-12 patients daily
on average More time with patients M-F 8:00 – 5:00 outpatient
schedule – Home in time for dinner Quality over quantity seeing 12
to 15 patients daily (500 - 600 panel) Care Team supporting social
determinates addressing needs outside of the exam room, including
food insecurity, social isolation and transportation issues
