treatments on a hospital unit, interdisciplinary rounds with the
care team to discuss goals and discharge plans, afternoon treatment
sessions focused on ADL retraining and functional mobility, and

equipment or continued therapy services. Patient loads and
productivity expectations are designed to balance high-quality care
with manageable workloads, and patient ratios are structured to
support safe, effective treatment sessions.Shifts are generally
daytime hours with some flexibility depending on census and
department needs, and may include rotating weekends or holiday
coverage to support consistent patient care in the acute setting.
The therapy spaces are equipped with a variety of adaptive devices,
functional training environments, and updated equipment to support
innovative and engaging treatment sessions. New team members can
expect a supportive orientation process, access to experienced
colleagues, and opportunities to develop clinical strengths in
areas such as neurological and orthopedic rehab. This position is
well-suited for an Occupational Therapist who values meaningful
patient relationships, enjoys working in a close-knit
