Human Resources CoordinatorSeven Hills Hospital is part of the Acadia Healthcare, a provider of behavioral healthcare services throughout the US.Join the team of highly dedicated mental health professionals. We are presently looking for a Full Time HR Coordinator who will be act as a resource on human resources matters, providing guidance, assistance and support to employees at all levels of the organization. The Coordinator supports the Human Resources Director and acts as a back-up.Key Functions:

  • Coordinates On-boarding process with applicants
  • Performs primary source verification of licensure (as appropriate)
  • Creates new hire files and maintains employee files
  • Track annual education, special trainings, and other file items
  • Onboarding of students and interns
  • Recognition and Employee birthday list and birthday cards
  • Participation in employee events and employee events committee
  • Process employee status changes (new hires, terminations, status changes, W-4, address changes, merit increases, direct deposit, garnishments, payroll deductions)
  • Implements Benefit program
  • Data entry and report
  • Workers--- Compensation reporting
