Position SummaryAs the Caregiver Recruiter, you are responsible for ensuring proper documentation for hiring and employment processes, ensuring a healthy pipeline of new applicants and hires for the caregiver position, ensuring operational compliance with all relevant regulations, and responding to regular office needs. The Caregiver Recruiter will manage the full-cycle of caregiver recruitment from interviewing, hiring and training our new team members. Minimum qualifications

• Associate degree
• One to three years' experience in recruitment and staffing or one year of caregiving
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and writing skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to keep up with fast paced processes.
• Tech savvy, comfortable with heavy email, spreadsheets, Microsoft Office and Google products. Preferred
