You will be heavily involved in employee relations, including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay and benefits, and enforcing company policies and practices. Primary Roles and ResponsibilitiesKnowledge ManagementOversee and provide suggestions for MultiGreen's knowledge management strategy Understand and train MultiGreen contractors and staff on MultiGreen's document retention, naming conventions, and data file management Human Capital ManagementPartner with the leadership team to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, and retentionServes as the point of contact on fundamental HR issues and questionsProvide guidance and counsel to employees on employee relations issues and workplace practicesUtilize approved vendors and systems for posting job openings with MultiGreenFacilitate the onboarding process for new employees Ensure departing MultiGreen team members are provided with all legal documentation prior to departure, and exit interviews are conductedPropose plans and options for employee benefits and 401K management to Executive Team as requestedMaintain and update all MultiGreen HR forms, policies, and procedures. Provide written suggestions in these areas as directedFacilitate employee recognition, social media spotlight, and reward management.Assist with semi-annual reviews and human resource mattersResearch, benchmark, and propose office offerings that help support employee wellbeing initiatives to create a healthy and collaborative spaceOversees maintenance of employee files and updating of employee payroll recordsEnsures compliance with applicable government regulationsOffice and Administrative SupportWork with Executive Team to determine space needs and office locations as directed and appropriateParticipate actively in the planning and execution of company eventsReview and approve all expense reports and determine if expenses are appropriate and in policy in Expense systemReview business case for necessity of expenditureProvide generalist support within the HR team and complete ad hoc projects as assigned Candidate Qualifications and ExperienceRequired SkillsBachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources or Organizational Behavior3+ years of experience as Human Resources Manager or similar roleExcellent organizational, interpersonal, multi-tasking, verbal and written communication skillsMaintains the highest level of confidentiality and integrityKnowledge regarding ERISA, HIPAA, DOL, OSHA, COBRA and all other regulations related to benefits administrationFamiliar with using billing systemsFamiliar with ADP or other human resources management systemsAbility to work independently and exercise initiative and judgment where appropriateHighly proficient in Microsoft Office (emphasis on Outlook and Teams)Preferred SkillsCPP, DEI, OB, PHR, or SHRM certificatonReal Estate industry experienceFamiliar with SAP ConcurFamiliarity with financial terminology and the impact of financial transactions An extensive background search will be required.
