Job Posting POSITION TITLE: Technology Support LeadLOCATION: Henderson, NevadaDEPARTMENT: TechnologySTATUS: Hourly (non-exempt)REPORTS TO: VP of TechnologyPOSITION SUMMARY The Technology Support Lead will help manage and support the business-critical 'operational' technology facets of our corporate headquarters and related affiliate organizations including but not limited to information technology and point of sale hardware including PCs and printers, as well as various cloud software platforms including email, phone, point of sale, MindBody business management, customer relationship management, and marketing platforms.This position will require both routine and complex troubleshooting activities, working in the corporate office, utilizing remote diagnostics, or traveling to a work site. This is a critical position that requires interaction with internal and external customers and third-party vendors.The Technology Support Lead will assist in development of standard operating procedures and conducting training for company staff and customers. This position will ensure industry best practices are followed and meet all applicable laws and regulations related to the IT industry. All employees will practice, support, and always promote the company positive and professional brand and culture.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Provide technical operational support and troubleshooting network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software, including POS software, information technology, and audiovisual systems
  • Design, optimize, refine, and support the daily operations for company headquarters and its affiliated companies
  • Design and deliver training to corporate staff, franchisees, and customers on all supported technology and processes
  • Assist in managing vendor and supplier relationships for software and hardware related to technology operations
  • Assist the VP of Technology in creating and supporting solutions surrounding all technology for company headquarters and affiliated companies
  • Create and update technical operational documents, policies, and procedures
  • Perform additional duties as assignedMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
    • Associate or bachelor's degree, professional certification, or comparable experience in a related field
    • Minimum of five (5) years previous work experience in a comparative setting
    • Deep understanding and working knowledge of the MindBody business management system preferred or have the ability to learn and excel with this platform.
    • Proficient knowledge of IT hardware including Apple and Windows computers and projectors
    • Experience administering point of sale and/or customer relationship management systems
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and related systems and able to work in a digital work environment
      • Excellent interpersonal skills and excellent customer service skills
      • Dedication and enthusiasm to work in a team
      • A passion for technology
      • Ability to receive delegation effectively
      • Ability to take direction and share information
      • Analytical and critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
      • Highly organized, able to prioritize multiple projects effectively, and able to work independently

      • Follow local, state, federal regulations pertaining to the IT industryPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
        • Requires normal, corrective vision range, the ability to see color, and the ability to distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols
        • Able to sit, stand, bend, lift up to twenty-five (25) pounds and move intermittently during the workday
        • Able to work in tight spaces when installing technology equipment in the office or studios
        • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
        • Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment
