We're looking for a Real Estate Database Manager with inside sales experience to join our growing team. You'll help agents follow up to convert leads into new clients and turn existing customers into repeat business. Responsibilities:
--- Pursue follow-up with leads until appointments are arranged with a buyer's agent or listing agent
--- Update notes and client information in the CRMs to make sure all team members have current information
--- Create and monitor monthly floor time schedules for agents, ensuring coverage
--- Create monthly and quarterly reports to show the team's progress toward company goals

Qualifications:

Possesses superb interpersonal and communication skills
Current U.S. driver's license and capable of traveling by car
High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred
