Therapist is responsible for providing immediate mental health
support and intervention during crisis situations. This role
ensures the safety and well-being of individuals in crisis and
offers immediate therapeutic assistance to help manage and
stabilize their emotional state. The purpose of this position is to
provide timely crisis intervention and support to those in
need.*Tasks** Responding to crisis calls and inquiries from
individuals in distress or experiencing mental health crises.*
Conducting rapid assessments of individuals' mental health status
and level of risk.* Providing immediate emotional support and
counseling to individuals in crisis.* Developing and implementing
crisis intervention plans to address immediate needs and ensure
safety.* Collaborating with emergency services, healthcare
providers, and other professionals to coordinate care and
resources.* Making referrals to appropriate community resources for
ongoing support and treatment.* Documenting crisis intervention
activities, including assessments, interventions, and follow-up
plans.* Adhering to ethical guidelines and maintaining
confidentiality in all interactions and documentation.*
Participating in ongoing training and professional development to
enhance crisis intervention skills.* Collaborating with
multidisciplinary teams and community partners to improve crisis
response and support systems.*Responsibilities ** Responding to

community partners*Years of Experience* - A minimum of 2 years of
experience in mental health counseling or crisis intervention is
preferred. Experience in providing mobile crisis services is highly
beneficial.*Education - * A master's degree in counseling,
psychology, social work, or a related field is required.*License,
Certificate Or Registration -* State licensure as a mental health
professional (e.g., *Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed
Clinical Social Worker) is required. *Additional certifications in
crisis intervention or trauma-informed care are
