Job Description:
ROGERS, MASTRANGELO, CARVALHO & MITCHELL is looking to add
additional associates to assist with our booming insurance defense
practice. The firm is well respected by peers on both sides of the
bar and enjoys a wonderful reputation for having high caliber, easy
to work with trial attorneys.All associates are encouraged to build
and maintain relationships with each of our clients/carriers. Each
attorney works their own caseload and is responsible for each step
of the litigation process. Prior experience will be given priority,
but opportunities will always be given to less experienced
attorneys who show promise. We offer a competitive salary and
generous benefits, including profit sharing, Roth and Traditional
401k, and health and dental insurance.Qualifications:Previous
experience in insurance defense or personal injury.
Trial experience is a plus.
Ability to handle 50-75 litigation files.
Discipline to report to clients on each case monthly.
