Dental & Vision Job Summary Small boutique firm seeking qualified
applicant to handle general litigation matters. Candidate must be
licensed in Nevada. Seeking applicant with minimum of 2 years
experience. Cases range from Business Litigation, Plaintiff EEOC,
Plaintiff Personal Injury, General Counsel Services and Family Law.
Responsibilities Prepare contracts, briefs, motions, and other
legal documents Conduct legal research Prepare for, attend and
argue motions at hearings Provide legal counsel to clients
Negotiate on behalf of clients Maintain detailed and accurate
client records Supervise paralegals and administrative assistants
Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills Ability to
collaborate with colleagues to best serve clients
