transformation. Position Overview: The Contracts Administrator is
responsible for assisting the Vice President, Associate General
Counsel and other attorneys by providing various support services,
including construction contracts, purchase orders, document
preparation and review, research, investigation, filing, and fact
checking. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and a self-starter
with strong administrative, organizational, communication and
writing skills. Position Responsibilities: Assist with preparing
contracts, including construction contracts, purchase orders and
other agreements. Assist with obtaining any applicable licenses and
vendor due diligence and processing. Provide legal support to
finance, tax, accounting, operations, and other business units in
preparation of corporate documents, legal certifications, and
supplier/vendor registrations. Coordinate legal due diligence and
assist in organizing relevant back-up materials to support for
compliance related matters and contracts. Perform a wide variety of
administrative functions, including compiling and proofreading
legal and compliance documents, updating records, filing and record
keeping, and preparing and sending mailings. Other Functions:
Assist in reviewing and ensuring the Company’s compliance with
related laws, regulations, and/or contractual obligations. Assist
in developing, producing, and conducting legal and compliance
training programs. Assist in the identification, analysis, and
resolution of compliance matters. Assist in performing periodic
compliance audits, assessments, and routine monitoring. Other
duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications: 5 years’ experience
working with legal, corporate compliance, and/or legal entity
management. High school diploma or GED. Desired Qualities:
Bachelor’s degree. Ability to write reports and business
correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and
respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and vendors.
