SMASHBURGER GUEST SERVICE EXPERT (1 FT) (Finance) KEY JOB FUNCTIONS : Greet and acknowledge every guest with a smile. Be aware of all menu items-make suggestions and the ability to answer questions. Process POS transactions in a timely manner and accurately following cash handling procedures. Keep floors, counters and dining room clean (table manicure, trash receptacles, mopping floors etc.) at all times. Deliver food to guests using the service behavior standards. Perform table touches to assure guests have everything they need (refills, condiments, etc.) and that their experience has been exceptional. Foster a safe work environment and procedures as outlined by Harrahs Laughlin and Smashburger. Must understand MSDS. Answer phones using excellent telephone etiquette; communicate clearly and effectively with guest, co-workers and supervisor; work in an environment with fluctuating business levels; respond to visual and oral direction; demonstrate the willingness to be a team player; work a fluctuating schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays; help other outlets as managements deems necessary. EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma, 1 years' experience, Health Card, Alcohol Awareness if over 21 years of age. PHYSICAL & MENTAL DEMANDS: Dexterity to utilize tools, Bright lights, Stand for long periods of time or shift, Work in hot or cold temperatures, Walk Entire Shift, Maneuver in confined spaces, Dusty environment, Walk up and down stairs, Guest Contact, Reach, Bend, Stoop, Twist, Hear, Type/Computer Literate, Tolerate high noise areas, Speak/Read/Write/Understand English, Work flexible schedules, Push/Pull up to 30 pounds, Lift up to 50 pounds, Accurate money/chip handlingCaesars Entertainment is the world's most geographically diversified casino-entertainment company.
