Job Description:

We are a growing real estate company seeking a driven individual to join our team as the Administrative Assistant to the companys broker. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, organization, and the ability to provide exceptional service to all clients and customers of the company.Responsibilities:Assist Broker with various tasks, including transaction coordinating, preparing mail marketing, keeping track of deadlines throughout the sales process, preparing contracts and reviewing them for accuracy once signed, etc.Additional duties may be added once the selected individual shows the ability to manage their everyday tasks effectively and responsibly.Qualifications:Previous administrative experience preferred.Professional oral and written communication skills.Ability to work independently (with proper training).Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Suite preferred.Experience with CRM programs preferred.About Company:Growing Henderson NV brokerageAbout Momentum Realty
