Job Description PLEASE READ ENTIRE POSTING BEFORE APPLYING We are an online retailer (Call Center) looking for friendly, courteous and dependable team players to start working at our Henderson location. - No Telemarketing - No Cold Calling or Marketing Lists Responsibilities include: Answering incoming calls Making outgoing calls Taking messages Providing customer service based on client specification Processing phone orders Qualified candidates should have: Good computer skills (type at least 35 wpm) Outstanding written and verbal communication and customer service skills Excellent listening skills Problem-solving skills Multi-tasking abilities Must be dependable and punctual Prior customer service experience is not required, but is a plus. Bilingual (Spanish/French) is also a plus.
