- Experience creating and executing sales enablement programs

- Strong commercial skills or agreement-making experience, or
business management experience; demonstrating autonomous
leadership. Trade channel experience in either service,
manufacturing, and/or distribution segments.
- Knowledge and experience in working with third-party logistics
distribution, wholesale distribution, trade businesses with two
step distribution. Knowledge of Google's products and Hardware
- Entrepreneurial, persistent, highly collaborative and curious
with excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical

stops growing. The Partnerships Development team is responsible for
seeking and exploring new opportunities with Google's partners.
Equipped with your business acumen and extensive product knowledge,
you are right on the front line of interacting with our partners,
and helping them find ways to grow using Google's newest product
offerings. Your knowledge of relevant verticals and relationships
with key industry players will help shape our great applications
and content for products such as YouTube, Google TV and
As a Strategic Partner Development Lead, you will be creative
and utilize your experienced approach to demonstrate a deep
understanding of the industry markets as well as how Google's
offerings can be created or optimized. You will be able to drive
independent, creative, and highly cross functional teams and
initiatives from start to finish, while inspiring and creating a
vision your team will execute. Google innovates and you will need
to recognize opportunities to bring those innovations to new and
legacy markets in unique ways, allowing Google to scale quickly and
access consumers through new and existing wholesale partners and
resellers. You will possess strong relationship-building and
relation skills to support the internal cross-functional
relationships across finance, analytics, operations, the sales
team, marketing, and other channel teams. These relationships will
be resources to help you receive the support needed for growth with
the C-level decision makers.

- Develop, maintain and grow key relationships at both executive
and working levels within Google's Home Service partners. Examples;
National service and installation companies (HVAC, Electrical,
Custom Integration, Energy/Utility, buying and membership groups,
franchise, co-ops and more.
- Work closely with internal and external sales enablement and
marketing teams to develop unique strategies that match the partner
- Drive the growth process: develop and drive high impact growth
opportunities, new channel entry points, drive thought leadership
to create new opportunities that don't currently exist. Track and
report key impact metrics to ensure the engagement of all
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including product,
marketing, sales, legal, sales operations, go-to-market strategy,
finance, and more) with your team and at times partners to develop
and execute strategies.
