Description Progistics Distribution is always in search for highly motivated, driven, and customer-centric Professionals to join our dynamic Call Center division. The Customer Service Call Center Professional is responsible for answering inbound calls assisting customers with their inquiries, negotiating resolution of complex inquiries and disputes while performing in an accurate, professional, and timely manner ensuring a high level of quality services provided to all customers.This is an onsite position - requiring you to travel into the office dailyCall Center HoursOpen: 4:00am to 9:00pmFirst day: 11:00a - 7:00pNew hires start with the schedule of 12:00pm - 8:30pm and work schedule are subject to change as shift days/times becomes openKey Job FunctionsAnswer incoming phone calls from agents and customersAssist with a variety of inquiries, including status on pending shipments and delivery transactionsAssist with specific in-forced shipping questions, policy information and service issue resolutionProcess and maintain department SLAs by processing basic transactions and servicing customer requests with a sense of urgency and accuracyNavigate multiple administrative systems in support of our Operations division, ensuring you have an understanding and knowledge of processes and proceduresKeep and document detailed and concise notes on all interactionsPerform additional tasks or responsibilities at the request of leadershipRequiredHigh School diploma or equivalent1+ year of call center experience; managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls strongly preferredTechnical savviness and the ability to learn systems quicklyOutstanding customer service orientation, sense of urgency, and a high level of personal integrityIdentify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutionsExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and cultivate relationships with your team, internal business partners, and our customersStrong team orientation, customer focus, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment where change and ambiguity are the normAbility to handle multiple responsibilities and priorities concurrentlyAbility to problem solve, think quickly and multi-taskStrong communication skills and a stickler for attention to detailAt ease on the phone with both outbound and incoming callsMaintain records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
