Client Relations Specialist
Work From Home /Sales / Protection - Sales Support /Full TimeWe--help protect our customers against life's uncertainties.--Regardless of--where you work within the--company, you'll be--helping provide protection and peace of mind when our customers need it most.Whether it's in--accounting, claims,--IT, investments, legal, marketing,--sales,--or another department,--come be part of a company where you can--accomplish your goals--while--contributing--to our social mission of becoming America's most protective insurance company.Your primary goal is to provide a high level of urgency and professionalism to triage and resolve the various needs our clients may have.-- In this role, you will advise on claims, system usage, new account setup, and existing account concerns, etc.-- This position has strong knowledge of the entire business' processes and will use them to successfully resolve issues and respond to client's needs.-- Gain an appreciation of products and services and how they relate to our markets and clients to better serve their needs.Responsibilities:

  • Consult and train clients on our products, including web based platforms, contracts, account questions,--commissions, claims, etc.
  • Communicate with different departments about client queries related to quotes, ratings, invoices, claims, etc. --This includes taking ownership of each call/email/chat, having a solid understanding of the issue, determining possible solutions and reaching out to the appropriate areas for expedited and efficient problem resolution.
  • Communicate updates to clients and internal departments, including but not limited to, technology updates, new product launches and others that will enhance the relationship and provide for growth of current product sales.
  • Interpret policies, contracts and other written technical information
  • Other duties as assigned Qualifications:
    • Associate Degree in Business
    • 3+ years of previous/current customer service experience in one or more of the following areas:-- --
    • Client relationship/account management
    • Service contracts/claims
    • Third party administrator (TPA) service provider
    • Insurance/warranty products
    • Solid emotional intelligence
    • Excellent time-management skills
    • Active listening skills
    • Superb written and verbal communication skills - clear, professional, and use positive language
