We are looking for customer service oriented leasing professionals to add to our team in Henderson! This is a great opportunity for those who enjoy helping people in a fast pace environment. Our leasing consultants are always friendly and attentive to everyone that walks in our doors. They enjoy working in a beautiful office and love showing future residents our models and amenities! If you can see yourself going above and beyond the call of duty to help people find their new apartment home we would like to talk to you! Daily tasks may Include but are not limited to meeting and greeting guests, doing tours both virtual and in person, posting ads, conducting market surveys, entering all visits/tours, calls, and emails in our prospect tracking program, doing follow ups, prepare presentation folders with site maps, floorplans, business cards and application information, responding to future and current residents promptly and efficiently.Must haves to succeed in this roleYou have to love a fast-paced environment!

• You must love people! All kinds of people!
• Be able to close the deal - in other words, help your prospects apply for an apartment!
• To expect the best, you must inspect! Your models, tour path and your move-ins must look their best!
• Maintain awareness of local community and market trends
• Maintain professional resident communications via verbal and written communications
• Provide excellent customer service to all prospective, existing residents and your team members
• Have exceptional administrative skills with attention to detail
• Must be able to take advantage of slow intervals to accomplish daily tasks
• Have at least 2 years of transferable experience in Customer Service
• Ability to adapt to new technologies

  • Must be available to work at least one weekend day
  • Both Full Time and Part Time Positions AvailableCompensation:Starting at $18/hour, frequent bonuses, and benefits after probationary period.
