Job Description:

We're looking for an experienced Real Estate specialist to join our team in the coordination of listing opportunities. This position would assist in the disposition process from start to finish. Our company is looking for someone who is looking to put their experience to use and feel the wins once again of successfully securing transactions in a team environment.

The ideal candidate for this position should have previous experience responding to and closing leads as well as building a rapport with prospects and clients to bring transactions to a timely and successful close. If you can't wait to get started, we want you on our team.

Responsibilities:
--- Respond to all inquiries and offers in a timely manner.
--- Build rapport with prospects and clients.
--- Manage listings and ---diligently follow up---; provide detailed update---s and stay on task until deals are in escrow.
--- Assess comparable properties, property value---s, and conditions through research; prepare CMAs.
--- Input homes in the MLS.
--- Arrange for property photos, lockboxes and signage when needed.

Qualifications:
--- 2+ years Sales Experience
--- Current Real Estate License preferred
--- Excellent negotiation skills with clients and other realtors to arrive at agreeable sales terms
--- Excellent customer service is a must
--- Good verbal and written communication skills
--- Strong time management and organizational skills to keep track of offers and responses
