center company serving the telephone needs of our medical and
business clients. This position will entail greeting and directing
client callers by answering the telephone calls of their customers,
determining the nature of the call and directing callers to the
appropriate destination and/or following client instructions to
obtain a message. Operators are required to provide accurate,
efficient, and professional service to every caller, client, and
coworker. We operate 24/7, including weekends and holidays, to
provide service to our clients in their time of need.Our ideal
candidate would be an organized, diligent, and team-oriented
individual who excels in conversing professionally with customers
daily. We seek someone willing to go above and beyond their
day-to-day duties to add value to our growing company. There is
room for advancement from Operator to Dispatcher, Mentor, Shift
Supervisor, Floor Manager, programming, and various other company
positions. Also, If you are fluent in Spanish, as well as English,
please note that in your resume. This is NOT a work-from-home
position. You must be able to work at our Kingman location. This is
NOT a telemarketing/sales position. Drug testing is done as a

calls as per your training and follow the different client
instructions for each call Provide quality service by handling each
call professionally and efficientlyFollow company policies and
procedures at all times. No exceptions Complete special assignments
as directed by management Be able to work all shifts. This includes
ALL weekends, holidays, night, and day shifts Qualifications and
SkillsMust be able to type 35-40 wpm and have computer keyboard
skills Must be able to read/write/communicate professionally and
clearly in English Must be able to multitask and work under
pressure in a fast-paced environment Including listening, speaking,
talking, typing, and/or reading at the same timeMust be willing to
learn minimal Spanish phrases to communicate with Spanish callers
if necessary Must be willing to adapt to changes that may happen
daily/weekly/monthly Including adapting to changes in schedule,
duties, and/or tasks Must be able to maintain a positive attitude
at all times Strong listening skills, attention to detail, and
