Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Services Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Fielding client phone calls and emails, and promptly responding to
client requests
Tracking and prioritizing jobs, distributing rough draft
transcripts, and providing cost estimates to clients and the
production department
Researching client issues and billing-related disputes to address
concerns and reach positive resolutions
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and/or experience in an office or
customer-service setting preferred
Proficiency in mathematics and experience with Microsoft Office
products
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Excellent customer service skills
