Bilingual Spanish Service Desk Analyst

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Service Desk Analyst (bilingual Spanish & English) for a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate resolutions and analyze trends to prevent recurring issues
Deploy software and assist in software releases according to best practices
Provide Level I support, act as an escalation point, and prioritize incidents and service requests

Qualifications:

College diploma or university degree in computer science or equivalent work experience
Knowledge of advanced computer hardware and operating systems
Extensive application support experience with Microsoft Office
Working knowledge of diagnostic utilities and ITIL principles and processes
Fluent in English and Spanish
