Job Description:
The Role & You Latino Media Network is looking for a dynamic,
entrepreneurial Account Executive to help drive revenue growth in
the Las Vegas market. This opportunity is ideal for a self-starter
who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to build their
own book of business with the backing of a national media brand.
You'll be working alongside a passionate team to connect brands
with our powerful radio, digital, and social media platforms. If
you're a strategic thinker, natural networker, and fearless closer
who's ready to grow their income potential without limits-this is
your stage. Reporting to the Regional General Manager in Las Vegas,
you'll lead business development efforts through prospecting, cold
calling, client outreach, and creative sales strategies. This role
is perfect for someone looking to take their sales game to the next
level and be part of a mission-driven media company making an
impact in the Latino community. Responsibilities: Identify, pitch,
and close new business opportunities with direct clients and
agencies Expand and nurture a growing book of business through
relationship-building and referrals Use your knowledge of digital,
radio, and social media to craft compelling proposals Attend client
meetings, networking events, and activations to grow your presence
in the market Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales
presentations and materials Negotiate contracts, monitor campaigns,
and ensure client satisfaction Meet and exceed monthly sales goals

hear from you. You Have These Experience: 1-2 years of experience
in media sales, advertising, or business development Strong
interpersonal and communication skills-you know how to make a pitch
stick Motivated, persistent, and goal-driven with a hunter
mentality Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel; comfortable using CRM
tools Valid Nevada driver's license and reliable transportation
We'd Love If You Also Have These Bachelor's degree or equivalent
experience Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Familiarity with
tools like Matrix, Nielsen Audio, Tapscan, or Wide Orbit Social
media savvy-you understand how brands engage with audiences online
Eligibility Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older Must be
willing to work from office in Las Vegas, NV Must be currently
authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis How To

employee's pay will be based on several factors including, but not
limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications,
experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance,
travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual
agreements, and business or organizational needs. We offer a
competitive sales compensation package and commission plan designed
to incentivize our top sales talent to perform at their highest
level and contribute to the company's overall revenue growth and
profitability. New hires will be provided a clearly defined
guarantee commission onboarding program with measurable sales
targets that align with the company's sales goals and objectives.
