Job Description Job Description Salary: OTE of $50,000-$60,000 The Opportunity You'll be our lead generation engine: identifying prospects, booking qualified meetings, and feeding our sales team while they close deals. This isn't about blasting generic outreachit's about understanding a new service category and connecting with brands who need what we've built. Your primary mission: Book 8-12 qualified meetings per month with marketing/PR directors and CMOs. What You'll Do (60% of your time) Build and execute outbound prospecting campaigns (email, LinkedIn, creative channels) Research target accounts and personalize outreach based on Reddit presence and brand challenges Qualify inbound leads and book meetings for our sales team Maintain CRM (HubSpot) hygiene and track outreach effectiveness Experiment with messaging, channels, and approaches to improve conversion rates What You'll Also Do (40% of your time) Support our Marketing Manager with campaign execution and project coordination Assist with case study development, content creation, and demand gen projects Handle ad-hoc marketing requests from our EU team (yes, you'll get exposure to international marketing) Help build systems and processes as we scale this new service line You're A Fit If You: Have 1-3 years in SDR, BDR, or lead gen roles (B2B experience preferred) Are comfortable with ambiguity and building processes from scratch Can write compelling, personalized outreach (not copy-paste templates) Are motivated by hitting targets and earning commission Thrive in scrappy, fast-moving environments Have strong communication skills and attention to detail Bonus: You actually use Reddit and understand SEO/GEO You're NOT A Fit If You: Need a perfectly structured 9-5 role with clear lanes Prefer strategic planning over hands-on execution Get frustrated when priorities shift based on business needs Need heavy management or constant direction What Makes This Different: Most lead gen roles grind you on volume.
