Overview:Therapy Partner Group is the parent company of a thriving family of outpatient physical therapy and wellness brands throughout the United States.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:The Help Desk Technician position is a key contributor to the success of managing our client's networks and end user devices. This is achieved by quickly triaging incidents for our clients' open tickets and by constantly monitoring the alerts generated by our tools to resolve incidents before our clients are aware. The candidate will provide, under limited supervision, technical support of personal computers (PCs), printers and basic server support in a network environment. This will include the delivery, installation, and setup of such systems in the end-user community. This will also include installation of approved software as well as the diagnostics of hardware and software problems encountered by the end-users.Responsibilities:Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • Supporting end users with help desk issues. Analyze, test, troubleshoot and resolve IT issues
  • Rolling out new equipment (desktops, laptops, wireless equipment, etc.)
  • Ability to work on multiple priorities and/or projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong customer relationship skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Configure security settings or access permissions for groups or individuals.
  • Troubleshoot network or connectivity problems for users or user groups.
  • Install new hardware or components, ensuring integration with existing network systems.
  • Ability to provide and maintain detailed documentation on each job.
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to effectively communicate through e-mail and Teams.
  • Knowledge in basic networking configurations, including concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and subnetting.
  • Experience in Windows Operating Systems, including Windows Server 2008-2019
  • Knowledge of Office 365 suite, including account/object management and application of licenses.
  • Experience with Active Directly necessary. Group policy experience preferred.
  • Some knowledge of Powershell/scripting preferred.
  • Ability to remain in contact with the client through the completion of the incident.
  • Problem-solving abilities and ability to meet reasonable deadlines.
  • Ability to build positive and collaborative relationships.
  • Willingness to develop professionally.
  • Ability to work with a team with little to minimal supervision.
  • Rolling out new equipment (desktops, laptops, wireless equipment, etc.)
  • Must have a valid Driver's License.
