Job Description:
Your tasksPosition Description Summary:Participates in and
assists the Quality Department in Training Warehouse, Data Center,
and Mini Cluster team members on daily activities, client SOP's,
DBS SWI's and new processes in an effort to achieve competency and
efficiency regarding the client and DBS expectations as defined by
the SOW and KPI metrics. This position will assist in defining and
developing research and tracking tools to demonstrate a quality
deliverable service according to the clients Scope of Work.
Generates monitors, evaluates, investigates and presents data
accurately and professionally.Principal Accountabilities (The
following is intended to describe the general nature and level of
work being performed. It is not an exhaustive list of all
expectations.): * Assists the activities of the Quality Control
function to ensure achievement of company and client Key Element
objectives. * Evaluates data obtained through Data Studio, LEGO and
other accompanying dashboards as provided by DBS and the client. *
Gathers data and develops presentations, delivers presentation to
upper management and the customer describing the data and what it
means * Reviews data generated in support of the Quality Assurance
program; prepares reports and summaries based on data * Provides
support for all onboarding activities with new hires* Prepares
professional reports and correspondence * Aides to ensure that
quality system requirements are maintained through auditing *
Responsible for various reports including tracking and trending. *
Provides Hands on Training of new team members *Share information
and confirm that new updates are communicated to all team members *
Perform peer to peer audits *Communicate and work well with others
*Be able to travel within the USA* Must be able to pass any
federal/state/local government, airport, or company-required
background checks, clearances, and/or drug and alcohol
tests.RequirementsKnowledge and Skills (The following minimum
requirements are normal guidelines and should not constrain the
advancement of otherwise qualified personnel): Associates Degree or
equivalent supervisory knowledge required. Candidate must have
excellent written and oral communication skills, commitment to
excellence and high standards and strong organizational,
problem-solving, and analytical skills. Candidate must be able to
effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various
backgrounds. Candidate must possess the ability to manage
priorities and workflow versatility, flexibility, and a willingness
to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
Candidate must have demonstrated proficiency with computer skills
and must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English. A
working knowledge of data collection, data analysis, evaluation,
and scientific method and basic competence in Logistics Operations
preferred. Candidate must be able to work independently and as a
member of various teams and committees and be able to effectively
communicate with the Customer. Proven business acumen skills,
ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines and good
judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
required. Candidate must be able to understand any and all safety
