Job Type: Full-Time OVERALL JOB PURPOSE ProCaps Laboratories, headquartered in Henderson, Nevada, is a large but still rapidly growing manufacturer of several hundred dietary supplement SKUs, along with a rapidly expanding line of functional foods (nutritional bars, plus others), all of which are 100% additive-free and manufactured using 100% solar power in our zero-carbon footprint facility. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Maintenance / Electrical Technician. You'll be responsible for maintaining, calibration, troubleshooting of all electrical/electronic components such as: PLC's, flow meters, heat sensors, VFD's, pressure transmitters, level controls, recording devises, temperature recorders, load cells, and motor controls. Ensuring that all production equipment are safe and in proper operating condition. Additional duties will be to perform all tasks following GMP requirements. MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS BS in Electrical engineering. Or have either 2+ years of relevant experience as a Maintenance/Electrical Technician in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, or training at an accredited technical school Strong problem solving and decision-making skills Ability to work in a team environment on a variety of complex task and projects Well-developed interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills Well-developed written and verbal skills Ability to demonstrate safe working procedures Must be willing to work overtime or on weekends, as the workload demands Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) OTHER ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES PLC programming (Siemens & Allen Bradley) Motor Control Circuit installation and troubleshooting Industrial Instrumentation Installation and Calibration Electronics Troubleshooting and Repairs Automation Design and Controls Industrial Electrical Wiring and Reading Electrical Schematics Able to operate and Troubleshoot refrigeration systems Knowledge of CMMS programs Open and close work orders and PM's Acknowledge all production calls for critical point checklist and machine breakdowns Ensure all repairs and corrective maintenance performed is verified and properly documented Perform generated and all assigned Preventative and Predictive Maintenance schedule in a timely manner and following listed activities on a Computerized Maintenance Management System Monitor parts and determine minimum/maximum inventory on all assigned equipment. Record all parts used during repair and Preventative Maintenance activities. Assist Inventory Control and Maintenance Planner in physical count for costing.
