Job Description:
Role and ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for an Account Manager
to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The
Account Manager?s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned
customers, maintain and develop strong relationships, and grow
current business with existing clients. A successful Account
Manager will liaise with cross-functional internal teams including
Sales, Project Management, and Purchasing to improve the entire
customer experience. A successful Account Manager should ensure all
pertinent stakeholders meet the needs of our customers to keep our
clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services in the
long-run.Responsibilities:Serve as the lead point of contact for
all customer account management matters by communicating with
managers, buyers and clientele on a daily basis to improve customer
satisfactionBuild and maintain strong, longlasting relationships
with both internal and external client stakeholdersCollaborate with
internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our
solutions and product according to customer needs and
objectivesClearly communicate the progress of ongoing account
matters to internal and external stakeholdersAssist with
challenging client requests or issue escalations as
neededProcessing large volume of orders accurately and efficiently,
and following the order from inception to completion/deliverable at
customer?s siteMaintain a 100% on time delivery to all assigned
customer accountsMonitoring order status through the manufacturing
cycle to ensure that it is progressing as expectedUpdating customer
records with order details such as outbound shipping details and
tracking numbersProcessing returns or exchanges based on customer
requests or company policiesCommunicating with customers regarding
order status updates using email, phone, or text messageFacilitate
and lead all backlog and operations reviews with sales,
manufacturing and logistics increasing communication among
groupsMaintain pertinent spreadsheets surrounding client details
and updating SharePointMaintain OEM inventory though point of sales
reports and stocking-rotation programCreate customer master profile
into databaseCoordinate with buyers and internal logistics
department to arrange for the movements of materials and resolve
any import conflictsPartner with other sales leaders to foster
ongoing effort to maintain open communication and cooperative
working relationships between groupsCreate and maintain reports on
service, inventory positions, and open ordersForecasting customer
patterns and demand requirements in relation to supply chain
availabilityContinuous analysis of forecast patterns and changes
with ability to adapt as requiredAbility to oversee and maintain
multiple product typesKnowledge of:Concepts of common sales
strategy & manufacturing supply chain processesInventory
ControlProject and Product planningForecast planningAppropriate
computer functions and programs & modern office proceduresAbility
To:Effectively manage multiple relationships with internal and
external business partnersDrive process improvement in customer
relations using best practicesProven ability to juggle multiple
account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp
attention to detailMeet assigned deadlines in a fastpaced business
environmentReview customer purchase orders and compare to sales
quotes for clarity and accuracy with high attention to
detailQualifications and Education RequirementsExperience
delivering clientfocused solutions to customer needsExcellent
listening, negotiation and presentation abilities12 years?
experience of contract manufacturing and/or planningNetsuite ERP /
SAPPreferred SkillsM365/Teams/SharePointInventory Management
ExperienceKnowledge of Gaming Industry/ Gaming ManufacturingProven
work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Jr
Account Manager or relevant role
