D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for an Internet Sales Specialist for their Sales and Marketing Department. The right candidate will specialize in the process of converting internet leads to onsite traffic/sales.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Nevada Real Estate license required.

Manage all incoming leads from company website & 3rd party lead sources.

Document and update customer interaction within customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Participate in realtor presentations to promote existing & upcoming communities.

Strong listening skills and excellent phone demeanor.

Technologically proficient.

Microsoft Office & CRM experience preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Strong organizational skills.

Promote teamwork through consistency, reliability, and group cohesiveness.

Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

Associate degree (A. A.) from two-year college or technical school; or one to three years related experience and/or training.
