JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is a well-established manufacturing company specializing in precision metal processing. Their primary market focus includes aerospace, manufacturing, dental, and technology industries. The company provides full-method marketing and their core revenue comes from high-precision cutting, stamp scraps, and rewinding services for metal materials. AS9100D / ISO 9001 certified

The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing inside sales, expanding client relationships, and driving strategic growth to develop the company's sales program.
This role requires a hands-on approach, wearing multiple hats across sales, operations, purchasing, scheduling, and customer relationship management.
The ideal candidate will be someone who can learn quickly, adapt to change, and help the company expand its sales efforts.
Operations, Purchasing, Quoting, Order Entries, Inventory, Customer Services exp.

REQUIREMENTS:
MUST HAVE Metal or Aerospace manufacturing industry exp.
MUST HAVE experience developing sales strategies/initiatives.
Strong understanding of inside/outside sales of manufacturing industry, especially with Metal and Aerospace sales.
AS9100 and ISO 9001 certification knowledge.
