Job Description Job Description The Janitorial Crew at TruFusion
is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming
environment for all members, guests, and staff. This role is
essential in upholding the high standards of cleanliness and
hygiene that contribute to the exceptional member experience. The
Cleaning Crew ensures that all areas of the studio, including
workout rooms, locker rooms, common areas, and equipment, are
consistently clean and well-maintained. Facility Cleanliness &
Maintenance Perform routine and deep cleaning of all studio spaces,
including fitness rooms, locker rooms, restrooms, showers, and
common areas. Ensure all equipment, mats, weights, and props are
cleaned and sanitized regularly. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect
floors throughout the facility. Empty trash and restock essential
supplies such as paper towels, soap, and cleaning products.
Maintain cleanliness of the front desk, retail area, and member
lounge spaces. Follow all sanitation protocols and health
regulations to ensure a safe environment. Assist in preparing
studio spaces for classes by resetting equipment and ensuring rooms
are organized. Monitor and report any facility maintenance or
repair needs to management. Maintain cleaning supply inventory and
notify management when restocking is needed. Ensure proper storage
and use of cleaning chemicals following safety guidelines. Performs
other related duties as assigned. Support for Daily Operations
Assist in preparing studio spaces for classes by resetting
equipment and ensuring rooms are organized. Monitor and report any
facility maintenance or repair needs to management. Maintain
cleaning supply inventory and notify management when restocking is
needed. Ensure proper storage and use of cleaning chemicals
following safety guidelines. Performs other related duties as
assigned. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Knowledge of safety hazards
and proper use of various cleaning and sanitizing solutions. Strong
attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning protocols.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to
interact with staff, members and vendors while remaining
professional, polite and courteous. Dependable and punctual with a
strong work ethic. Ability to take direction and work independently
or as part of a team. Excellent time management and organizational
skills. Experience & Requirements High school diploma or equivalent
required Previous experience in cleaning, janitorial or
housekeeping roles preferred but not required. Availability to work
flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and
holidays as needed. Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of standing. Must be able to lift, bend, stoop,
reach and lift to 50 pounds at a time. Exposure to cleaning
chemicals and fitness-related environments. Ability to work in warm
and humid conditions, especially after heated fitness classes. Due
to the nature of this role, employees must be able to work in male
and/or female locker rooms to support cleaning, maintenance, and
