At MGM Resorts, we seek individuals like YOU to create unique and show-stopping experiences for our guests.THE JOB:The MGM Rewards Representative at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas is focused on enhancing the guest experience by delivering exceptional customer service. Your primary responsibilities include promoting and enrolling guests into the MGM Rewards program, conducting redemptions, reviewing promotions, and answering questions about benefits. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest's experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.THE STARTING PAY RATE: $17.00 / Per HourTHE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Explain the MGM Rewards program comprehensively, enroll guests in the program, and facilitate the redemption of guests' points and offers
• Assist guests with inquiries, including questions about the MGM Rewards program, Direct Marketing Offers, MyVegas (where applicable), special event offers, program updates, and promote awareness of the GameSense (problem gambling program)
• Collaborate with VIP Services to resolve hotel reservation issues
• Support hosts in providing discretionary MGM Rewards Point Comps
• Monitor and adjust receipts for members' non-gaming expenditures
• Apply MGM Rewards Points to guests' hotel folios
• Assist guests in using the mobile appTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Nevada State Gaming Registration
  • Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
  • One (1) year of previous guest services experience
